January 13, 2022: We settled a $64,930.55 IRS balance for $24,681.
January 20, 2022: IRS Appeals agreed with us on a partial payment agreement instead of the IRS who wanted to foreclose on a tax lien and take the home.
January 27, 2022: The United States Tax Court approved a settlement for $4,182 in additional tax when the IRS was seeking to assess over $40k.
January 28, 2022: We settled a $46,908.92 IRS balance for $100.

February 14, 2022: We settled a $41,120.99 IRS balance for $19,494.
February 18, 2022: We settled a $17,140.68 IRS balance for $100.
February 24, 2022: We settled a $194,584.03 IRS balance for $11,000.
March 2022
March 5, 2022: We settled a $402,826.39 Minnesota tax balance for $135,000.
March 16, 2022: Secured a refund for 2009 and 2010 tax years after the IRS over assessed tax and had been keeping refunds.
March 30, 2022: After four years, we successfully got the IRS to process an amended tax return generating a refund of over $12k.

April 3, 2022: We settled an IRS tax balance of $33,077.93 for $707.
April 4, 2022: We settled a $87,465.51 Wisconsin tax balance for $6,579.79.
April 5, 2022: We settled a $10,981.89 IRS tax balance for $2,386.
April 6, 2022: We settled a $33,277.55 IRS tax balance for $1,889.
April 7, 2022: We settled a $48,214.18 IRS tax balance for $337.
April 14, 2022: We entered a partial payment agreement with the IRS to pay $6,000 for a $32,559.64 IRS balance.
April 29, 2022: United States Tax Court approved settlement recognizing taxpayer’s identity was stolen to file false 1099s and the taxpayer could not be assessed taxes on those false 1099s.
May 2022
May 2, 2022: We settled a $59,155.96 IRS tax balance for $24,715.
May 9, 2022: United States Tax Court approved a decision that the IRS wrongly claimed the taxpayer was not employed because his employer forgot to file his W-2 and thus not entitled to a refund for the Earned Income Tax Credit. and wage withholdings.
